I’ve been saying it for years, and now it’s confirmed by a group of researchers at Oxford University along with their colleagues at the University of Oslo that I’ve been right all along.
Tea, wine and chocolate sure enough keep my brain active.
The researchers say it’s the high levels of flavonoids that keep away dementia and keep me smart. Now maybe my friends won’t laugh so loud when I have a cup of green tea every morning, and indulge in a glass of wine and a Tootsie Roll or a Rocky Road Bar after dinner.
Although the Oxford research isn’t a clinical test, just an observational one, it works for me. But of course the scientists warn that it’s best not to get carried away as too much chocolate and wine are both bad for my health.
Personally my favorite chocolates are the Amish Fudge and Chocolates I get from candymachines.com . They always have a variety of delicious chocolates on their web site.
