Do I need a lift gate? This item is shipped freight to avoid damage since it has glass on the machine. All freight items are shipped on a pallet. You'll need a lift gate so the trucking carrier can get the pallet off the truck if you do not have a dock/forklift or are willing and able to unload by hand. Each mini crane weighs about 100 LBS.

The best you can buy... PERIOD
We could not be more impressed with our purchase.
I am a small vendor with a handful of machines. I started out with one, and have grown substantially.
Bottom line, not only am I buying product only from Candymachines.com from now on, but I am also buying all of my mini cranes and other vending items from them as well.
First of all, this machine is INCREDIBLE. What you can't see is how deep it is. I bought some knock-offs from China and it took over 3 months to get here.
It took a week and a half from Candymachines and get this... It was about the same price.
These are WAY WAY WAAAAAAY better than the ones I got from China - in every possible way.
Easier to set up, cooler looking, hold WAY more toys, incredibly easy to move! (They have little wheels on the back to roll (The ones from China DO NOT have that). These even have a lit display area on the top so you can show off the toys players can win. When you compare these to any other machines - it's NO CONTEST.
Kevin and his team are incredible as well. Customer service is beyond top notch - they have been wonderful talking me through it all. Absolute value for the money - trust me!

Awesome product
I received my mini crane within 4 days. I did have a minor problem with lost keys but stuff happens. They replaced them no problem. I love this machine and plan to order more.
